Errors, Defects, Missing Parts, or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please email us at support@coogam.com and send us pictures of defective parts, so that we can make it right with a replacement or partial refund. So it's very important that you contact us first before returning it.

We do want to make the return process as easy for our customers as possible, we unfortunately do not offer free shipping for the return reason that isn’t quality-related.

Refunds Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned package.

Product bought from www.coogam.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Product returned must be in unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned product that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered.
