The Forest Stewardship Council certifies our use of sustainable materials, ensuring both safety and environmental responsibility.

Shipping

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is a defect, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all parts and packaging included. 

What should I do if a part of my product is missing or lost?

If any part of your product is missing or lost, we can send a replacement part within one year of your purchase. Please reach out to us with your order details and the specific part that is missing, and we will arrange for a replacement. 

I lost the instruction manual for my product. Can I get a replacement?
