Replacement Parts

If you've encountered a situation where a toy part is lost or damaged within one year of purchase, don't worry! We're here to help. To ensure your child continues to enjoy their Coogam toys, we offer a free replacement parts service within one year of purchase. If you need a replacement part, we’ll do our best to restore your toy – you’ll just need to cover the shipping and handling fees.

Please send the following information to support@coogam.com with the subject line “Replacement Part”:

  • Product Name (required)
  • Product Number/SKU (if available)
  • Description of the missing or damaged part(s) (required)
  • Photo of the Toy/Game (required)
  • Purchase Source (e.g., coogam.com, Amazon, retail store, gift, etc.)
  • Your Name (required)
  • Shipping Address (required)
  • Phone Number (optional)

Please Note: We will do our best to help you restore your Coogam toy, but not all parts may be replaceable, in stock, or available. Please allow up to one week for your replacement part to ship.
