great for cvc practice

We have been using this to work on my son's reading and he likes the set. it is very easy to use, you can even use the letters for other activities. The picture cards have the word on the back so the child can check if they are right. You can also go through the card and pick out rhyming words, there are at least a few groups within these cards. It's a nice, portable, set to have.

Very cute and engaging

Very cute and engaging. Only 4 stars coz I wish there's more quantity per letter. It has 2pcs per letter however it is really simple and effective for learning rhymes especially my daughter is in autism spectrum. Thanks for making this cool interactive flashcards.

Bold, Colorful, Fun and Intuitive Phonics

We are starting to work on phonics and basic reading with our 4 year old and this has been a perfect tool so far. As you can see in the pictures, the kit comes with at least two of every letter (the "d" is the same as the "p" and for some reason it comes with three of each) with the vowels in red. The entire kit stores easily in its box and everything feels sturdy and well made. The magnets are very securely attached to each card and they're easy to place and remove from the workspace. Most of the pictures are intuitive to determine which three letter word it represents (and it's written on the back in case you get stumped). The kit also comes with a few dry-erase markers for practice writing the letters and words.

Our daughter likes using this "game" and doesn't even realize she's learning in the process, definitely recommend this one!

Help with reading and spelling

my daughter loves going thru these charts and to be honest she has come a long way with her spelling and I feel it is helping with reading. Granted its not an over the night change but you will see improvement so long as you take the TIME with your child going thru the chart with them.

GREAT and fun teaching tool!

I am SO excited to use these with my little grandkids, ages 2, 3 and 5. It's such a great design that each will be able to learn on their own level. The cards are plastic so they won't tear or wilt if they get wet. The magnets are big enough to hold securely and are well secured to the plastic card. I will NOT leave the 2 yr old alone with them because he's a "picker" and will find a way to detach those magnets. I like that the letters are color coded by vowel and consonant and that the pictures are simple yet can be challenging. Like the word "tap" in the photo above. I liked looking at the word and guessing the word. This can bring up a casual conversation about the same word meaning two different things and later, nouns vs verbs, homonyms, and synonyms. Some pictures might depict a couple of valid words, like the third photo. I thought the word would be "gob". You can teach letter recognition, have them sort letters and colors, practice printing on the flip side of the board with the dry erase markers, teach sounds, make up stories with the pictures... just so many possibilities. A great investment in $ and time with your little ones.
